Emotionally and mentally healthy individuals possess the ability to challenge the inner voice that undermines their self-worth. They have mastered the art of reprogramming themselves, fostering a healthier self-image.

These are the foundational lessons we were meant to receive as we grew up. Not only were we supposed to be nurtured with these lessons in childhood, but we also needed guidance on how to independently develop them. Lacking this understanding leaves us vulnerable to emotional wounds and past triggers.
