THE SELF-PARENTING COURSE 

Self-Parenting helps you be mentally and emotionally healthy. It teaches you to overcome self-doubt and create a better version of yourself. Learn to process emotions, set boundaries, and have strong relationships. This leads to peace, happiness, and success. These skills are crucial in childhood, but not everyone learns them. Without them, you may be led by fears and past wounds. The program spans four weeks: 

Week 1 – Childhood

Week 2 – Attachment Style

Week 3 – Emotional Health

Week 4 – Self-Parenting Steps
