Sometimes the best breakthroughs don’t happen sitting at a desk.
They happen when you move your body, clear your head, and let the conversation flow naturally. That’s why I’ve created Walk & Talk Coaching a unique way to combine exercise, fresh air, and personal growth.
Here’s how it works:
-
We meet over video for a 60-minute coaching session.
-
You’ll head outside for a walk (or hop on a treadmill if that works better for you), and I’ll do the same.
-
While we move, we’ll have our coaching session working through challenges, talking about goals, and finding solutions.
Why it works:
-
Movement fuels clarity. Walking helps reduce stress and boost creativity, making it easier to open up and think differently.
-
Body + mind connection. You’re taking care of your health while also working on your inner self.
-
Natural flow. Conversation often feels easier and more authentic when we’re moving.
This is perfect if you:
-
Struggle to carve out time for both exercise and personal growth
-
Want to shake up your coaching experience with something fresh and energizing
-
Feel stuck and need a different environment to inspire new perspectives
You’ll leave our Walk & Talk session feeling lighter, clearer, and motivated with steps you can take for your health and your life.
