Groups are made up of 3-4 members in each group.

• We will have a one-hour weekly phone session with our entire group.
• In these calls each person will have time to briefly discuss their own, concerns and goals. Regardless of what a client brings to the table each person can gather a takeaway from someone else’s own situation.
• During our calls you will each receive 1-1 time with Stephanie regarding your own coaching needs.

We will discuss a variety of topics that will help you along your journey. We will tackle how to begin healing, learning how to have healthy self-talk, attract healthy relationships into your life and how to set personal goals for yourself. We will learn how to become mentally and emotionally healthy!
