4 Steps to Creating your NEW LIFE!

1. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMIT TO THE PROCESS!

The first step is taking responsibility that things need to change, and you are responsible for changing them. No matter what you have been through, what someone did to you, what your past has looked like, you are no longer putting your happiness in someone else’s hands.

Taking responsibility = No excuses… No going back…

You are committing to doing this and starting this journey.

2. CHANGE YOUR MINDSET

Taking responsibility also means changing your mindset. It is time to change your stories.

“THIS PROCESS IS HARD.”

No, this process is not hard, it is different. It is a different way of living, thinking, feeling, and taking care of yourself.

“WHY CAN’T I GET THIS STUFF?”

This is not something you get overnight. This takes practice. You must accept that, and one aspect of receiving is allowing yourself to be human. So often, I hear people consistently judging themselves for not “getting it.” This means they have not started the process. They are still demanding perfection out of themselves and have not learned how to let themselves be human.

3. CREATE YOUR VISION

You cannot start rebuilding without a detailed plan as to what you want.

  • What do you want for yourself?

  • What areas of your life need your attention?

  • What areas in your life are not where you want them to be?

  • Do you have a supportive group of friends in your life?

  • Do you have a social life?

  • Is your body where you want it to be?

No holding back. Do not think about the how’, where, or when.

4. CREATE A ROUTINE

Now it is time to work on the strategies you will use each day to help you create this life. If you are ready for these strategies, then it is time to invest in yourself.
