I have been coaching women for over 10 years, helping them heal from what they've been through and remember who they are again.

Rebuilding yourself after a tough situation is not easy and one that most people never do.

This is for the women who woke up one day and felt horrible. They have been giving to everyone but themselves for years, have sacrificed so much, and are ready to pour back into themselves.

After facing my own heartbreak, a gut-wrenching divorce just a month after giving birth to my son, and spending years healing, I know what it takes to feel like yourself again.

I also know what it takes to be in the trenches of anxiety, fear, worry, insecurity, and not even recognizing yourself anymore.

Wanting so badly to get back to who you used to be, but knowing you’re not the same person you were before.

  • You’ve survived what you’ve been through… now what?

Self-Parenting. You are going to have to stop giving yourself every excuse for why you shouldn’t start coaching and start actually doing the work. The sad part is that it doesn’t take a lot of hard work to start to feel better you just need that little bit of consistency to get over this hump.

Lost Yourself

You no longer feel like yourself. Life changes like divorce, career shifts, being a mom, giving so much to everyone but yourself. 

This can make it hard to feel good in your own skin because you can’t give to everyone and still expect yourself to feel full.

Carrying It All

When you try to do it all, even the time you take for yourself comes with guilt. This is the beginning of self-abandonment.

It’s when you put everyone else first that you lose touch with who you are, what you want and what you deserve.

Getting older is tough and when you add changing hormones into the mix, it can feel even harder.

Your body, mind, and emotions all shift, making it harder to feel like yourself and even simple things feel more challenging.

Learn Self-Parenting
This is your “what do you need” daily practice. Learn to listen to yourself instead of fighting it; whether that’s rest, movement, or foods that support your hormone health.

Redefine Your Self-Worth
Shift from “what I do for others” to “what do I want for me.” Build self-trust, self-respect, and confidence again through self-parenting.

Stop Being Triggered
Not every little thing deserves your attention. Start focusing more on yourself vs what other people are doing.

 

Heal Your Nervous System
Let go of overdoing and rushing. Learn how to slow down and feel calm. This is where you get out of survival mode, especially if you’ve been in a toxic relationship and surviving for years (that was me!).

Set Boundaries
Reclaim your time, say no without guilt, protect your energy, and choose people who add peace, not drain you.

Emotional Healing
Take time to unpack everything you’ve carried for years and learn to self-soothe and self-parent yourself through it all.
