Time to let go of the pain

We all want it. We want the apology for hurting us; we want the acknowledgment for what they did; we might even want revenge.

The question I have for you is, will you heal COMPLETELY with no baggage if you get a conversation with this person???

If this person owns everything, will you be able to do not feel any more hurt? Will you be completely over it if this person gave you what you wanted??

It might sound good to hear the words, but the hurt you feel would still be there because something is ending. So, you do not need the “I’m sorry.” Your ego needs it. You do not need the “closure” that you think you need to move on completely. Moving on is about YOU! Closure is about you not wanting to live in the past.

Closure and moving on is a choice.

You must choose it every day instead of letting your mind wander to places that are not helping to get you where you want to be.

Is this easy to do?

No.

Does it take time?

Yes.

Can you do it?

YES!

Healing is about consciousness. It is about choosing thoughts. It is about learning how to validate your heart thoughts. Your sadness, your fears, your tears need to happen. It is a part of the process, so let it flow, BUT loving yourself is about learning the balance of not letting yourself stay in that space for too long.

Like you would a friend, learn how to pull yourself back from going down the rabbit hole!
