This program was created to teach you the process of self-parenting. It is what you have heard me discuss for years on my YouTube channel (Stephanie Lyn Coaching) as well as on my podcast (Heal, Survive, Thrive)! 

There are many resources out there to help you heal, become healthy, and achieve your goals, but nowhere else will you find the step-by-step process of how to do this. 


Very few people understand the basics of how to take care of themselves. We are not raised to understand the fundamentals of emotional and mental health. We are taught to detach from ourselves and to judge ourselves, which of course leads to continuous self-esteem and self-worth issues. 

As this continues throughout any person’s life, they will undoubtedly struggle in many areas, from relationships to career and finances. They will not find inner peace and happiness, which is what everyone is searching for. Finding peace and being able to cultivate what you want in your life is a skill. 

First, you must understand what you were supposed to get growing up that caused a lot of your problems. Next, you will learn your attachment style, which plays a huge role in all your relationships. Learning what you should be giving yourself daily on an emotional and mental level is crucial.
